Cannon Hill Community Links (CHCL) recently moved one step closer to realisation following the Brisbane City Council's unanimous decision to approve the project. The Council's decision came after the unanimous and bi-partisan backing of the Urban Planning and Economic Development Committee and follows an independent assessment by UrbisJHD.

BMD will now begin preparing a number of detailed management, design and construction plans, which should continue well into 2008, with construction expected to follow shortly after.
