THE VISION

• Cannon Hill Community Links (CHCL) is a proposed public golf course and residential community offering many social, environmental and economic benefits to the people of Brisbane.
• The CHCL public golf course will be open to everyone. The development will also offer new recreational facilities including walkways, bikeways, picnic and casual dining areas.
• CHCL is an environmentally sustainable development that manages precious resources like water and energy and has minimal impact on local flora and fauna.
• Significant bushland and wetland areas will be retained or enhanced throughout CHCL to further the ecological values and improve the presentation and appeal of the local area.
